Baraati revolves around five fun loving tapori people, who ran from the police and unknowingly reach a remote village Madhavgarh and take shelter where the situation takes them through a series of ultra comical hurdles. The villagers confused and think these people are policeman However, their quest for the roof takes a different toll when they come across a crazy Daaku Durjan singh played by Gulshan Grover & his brother Johny Lever. This triggers a series of confusions that builds into the rich complexities of mistaken identities and a climax of comic wizardries.
